The Help section of our website is a great tool to use to learn more about the ins and outs of ESL Library! You can find help for everything from Account Management to Billings & Payments to our digital tools—such as How to Assign Tasks (Digital Homework), and How to Access Assigned Task (Digital Homework) Results for Teachers.

One of the best features of our Help Docs section is the ability to do keyword searches. For example, if you were to enter “student” in the Search bar on the main Help page, it would yield 20 results for you to look over.

Our Help page is constantly getting updated, so the information will always be current! You can view any of our Help Docs (sorted by most recently updated) within the categories themselves.

We also have How-To Videos available for you to view and get an up‑close look at how our website works. A great starter video would be our CEO’s Intro to ESL Library. In this video, Ben offers a comprehensive overview of the main features you get with your ESL Library subscription.

When you are logged in to our website, you can access our Help page by clicking on your name in the top right‑hand corner of the page and choosing Help from the drop‑down menu.

Then you can search for whatever you need help with. Keep in mind that the Help Docs do not feature results for lesson content. To search for materials, go back to the Main page and use the search engine there.

Our Help Docs will always be available to you—whether you are signed in to your account or you are browsing our website as a guest. When you are browsing as a guest, you can find our Help page by navigating to the bottom of any page and clicking on Help in the bottom left‑hand corner of the screen.
