We've just built and deployed another really cool new game called Ellii Dilemmas. Have you tried it yet? 

Just like Ellii Polls, Ellii Dilemmas are super simple, highly engaging, and delightfully fun. 😎 

With Ellii Dilemmas, your students face impossible choices—two difficult options with no clear right answer—and must choose, justify, and defend their pick.

So how does it work?

1. Start by presenting an Ellii Dilemma on your screen in front of your class. Have your students join the session by scanning a QR code.
2. Students read the dilemma on their own devices and vote for the choice they would make in that particular situation.
3. Assign your students to small groups to discuss their choices, using the built-in technology. If you're teaching online, you can put your students in breakout rooms. 
4. Gather again as a full group and encourage students to use the "Speak up" function to explain their reasoning and back up their choices.
5. Finally, after students have had a chance to speak up, everyone votes again to see if anyone's opinion has been swayed. Compare the results.

You can use Ellii Dilemmas as a warm-up or cooldown activity to start or end any class.
