In this lesson, students review questions and responses for providing basic personal information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers. They also practice spelling out important information.

Giving Personal Information

In this lesson, students learn to reproduce the /e/ sound (as in "gate"). They practice writing and producing the sound through various tasks and compare /e/ and /ɛ/ (e.g., gate/get). Includes a pronunciation diagram and audio.

High-beginner students progress to real-world communication in this course focused on daily routines, hobbies, habits, and time expressions. Learners practice sharing personal information and expressing how often and how long. This course reviews the simple present vs. present progressive tense and includes a few short stories for reading and comprehension practice.
