Critical thinking is an important skill for analyzing issues and judging their validity.

Look at a photo of a group of friends all looking at their phones at a restaurant. What does the image represent? Does it have positive or negative connotations? Let your students be the judge!

Discuss the photo in class with your students. Describe the photo or determine its meaning together.
