Tor is from Thailand. He lives in North America now. It's Tor's first Thanksgiving. Tor has Thanksgiving with new friends. In this lesson, students read and/or listen to a simple story about a newcomer's first Thanksgiving. They review vocabulary from the story and answer comprehension questions. Note that the vocabulary from this lesson is taught in the Word Bank lesson “Thanksgiving.” The US and Canadian versions have slight variations.
