Exit slips are learner reflection forms that teachers hand out to students toward the end of class. Students submit their responses before leaving for the day.
Preview the PDF and choose from four different styles of exit slips. Print and photocopy the page you want to use, and cut into slips. You can use exit slips daily or at the end of a unit or term.
The first style includes emojis and is simple enough for low-level learners. The second style has informal language (I get it, I'm clueless, etc.). The third style allows students to voice an opinion or concern anonymously. The fourth style is blank so that teachers can write their own reflection questions.
